Current* Part of restructuring team of Global USA subsidiary. Responsibilities include hiring new COO, VP Finance, sales force reorganization, introduce operational procedures, mentoring the Operations team of 10, improving interaction and relationships between the USA subsidiary and Canada HQ. * Driving supply chain consolidation and increasing operational efficiencies over the next 3 years. Estimated savings of about US $5M annually when completed.* Amalgamated quality inspection teams and relocating test facility in China to achieve annual US $1M savings. * Streamline operations of wood products factory to reduce losses.* Opened new Felt Acoustic Division for Global Contract. Sales estimated at $2M in 2020.* Mentoring my successor at Global Contract.
