Hi! I’m Chansa and I’m invested in purposeful career building. I am not the kind of employee who just wants to carry out my daily given tasks. I’m a strong believer in going beyond that, and committing to problem solving, solution finding and meeting organizational goals through collaborative efforts. I was privileged enough to get a head start in the finance industry by beginning my first job shortly after leaving school. One of my earliest highlights being called “an asset to the company” within the first 6 months of working there; and my passion has only grown since. In my spare time, I use my Accountancy and Tax competencies to assist young professionals in gaining financial literacy as well as employability skills.Highlights ✨: 📎 Gaining my Accounting Sciences degree through independent studying at UNISA (with a couple of distinctions along the way) while simultaneously meeting work deadlines.📎 Improving office efficiency within 2 months by creating a better filing system. 📎 Working closely with my manager to redesign a companies entire bookkeeping system, organizing 7 years worth of data. 📎 Founding of The Professional Network a community which aims to be a hub of career and finance related resources. We have gone on to assist over 1000+ professionals globally, to date.
