Chatbooks is dedicated to bringing photos from your phone and social media accounts to print. The app is incredibly user friendly and has been downloaded over 1 million times.I lead the product team dedicated to the new user's experience. We own data, designs, and development around onboarding, merchandising (shop page), product description pages, checkout, and the referral program. We use customer interviews and AB testing to ensure our product decisions are based on quantitative and qualitative data. As we develop the product, I work closely with our executive team in order to evangelize my team's roadmap and initiatives, as well as to keep our OKRs aligned with the overall companies objectives.

I consult with product teams on experiment implementation, customer research, product engagement, and goal setting. Much of the customer analysis is done through SQL and Adobe Analytics to create interactive dashboards that give insight into how user interact with different features of the site. To help increase customer activity and retention, I help conduct A/B testing through LaunchDarkly and Adobe Target to further develop the product for a better customer experience. I have also done extensive work into understanding site retention by feature and thinking strategically of ways to collect data to better understand user behavior.
