• Develop and maintain an understanding of audience needs pertaining to Chinese markets and to provide proactive advice to management and stakeholders• To drive audience insights through Chinese brands in Ripple in an actionable and inspirational way in order to influence content decision making (programs, editorial, strategy and marketing).• Developing integrated digital audience journeys across digital channels• Oversee the production of relevant market reports, analyses and KPI dashboards, identifying market trends, competitor strategy and audience behaviors to evaluate performance and inform forward strategy for Chinese brands in Ripple.• Develop a professional and collaborative team, ensuring staff are challenged and motivated through clearly defined and measurable objectives which are set and assessed on a regular basis and which support the company and department goals. • Priorities resource across the audience’s team, ensuring that priority projects are agreed with stakeholders and that staff are flexibly allocated.• To be responsible for quality of output across the Chinese audience team ensuring consistent and appropriate tone• Ensure One FM, Wakeke and Chapters collaborate with other Chinese brands in Media Prima Berhad to support the group’s new strategy• Work closely with sales and marketing team on the delivery of integrated ways of working across brands in Media Prima Berhad.

Fly FM | Hot FM | One FM | Kool FM | Ais Kacang1. On-Air/ On-Digital Programming:- A full understanding of the everyday production needs of a busy multibrand environment- Oversee the quality of all on-air & on-digital production.- Briefing and delivering network imaging and jingle packages for Programming Department - Supporting Video Team in delivering audio post production for digital content on social media and broadcast (TV promos, weekly Hot TV and Fly TV).2. Sales & Marketing:- Provide creative support to the marketing, sales and clients for commercials and campaigns.- Coordinate with Traffic Department and Sales staff to expedite radio commercials and rotation of commercials according to client or sales department specifications.3. Staff Management and Development:- Ensure all reporting staff have the necessary skills to perform their assigned Job Responsibilities at the highest level of professionalism and competence on an ongoing basis.- Ensure and support all direct reporting staff in doing their own Performance Appraisals quarterly- Organize trainings or assign staff to attend trainings in relevant skill building workshops 4. Technical Support:- Production studios’ hardware and software trouble shooting and maintenance- Work closely with Engineering Department on production studio design and migration5. Administration:- Budget planning- Track and monitor reports- Assist Legal Department in handling Service-level agreement with music, sound effects and imaging service provider.6. Special Projects:- Start up Hot FM regional stations, Kool FM and Ais Kacang- Set up Live Jamming Studio- Research on Digital Radio

- Understanding client briefs and composing the appropriate music work for the project- Communicating with producer and coordinating with other teammates to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to specifications.- Recording vocal, voice over, instruments- Selecting the appropriate sound effect and music for the project.- Editing- Mixing- Clients include Honda, Biore, Acer, Ministry of Transport Malaysia, Jusco, Giant, Faber Castell, ManHand, etc.
