Key duties:• Setup and managing Multi Skills Team (MST) departments.• Managing and directing all company operations.• Team size of 200 staff with 4 regional facilities managers and 8 area managers nationwide.• Managing all Dairy Farm facilities maintenance aspect at all 204 retail sites nationwide.Responsibilities:- Lead and managed multi skills department in delivering facilities management services in Client sites, - Managed all aspects of facilities management and R&M issues of all multiple sites infrastructure, buildings, utilities and services such as cleaning, security, landscaping and etc within approved budget and time.- Implementation of preventive maintenance of facilities and buildings are in accordance with defined standards, - Develop and execute all operations maintenance plans- Develop and plan best business practices, frame work and processes
