Mr. Sothea was a Head of Administration and Human Resources Department at CAMMA Microfinance Limited since May, 2016. Prior to join with CAMMA MFI, he has more than 9 years’ working experience with local and international organizations and other microfinance sectors including administration management, human resource and financial management, organizational development and leadership development. His management career development is quite interesting as he has advanced through different senior position in short period of time. For the last five years, he moved up from supervisor to executive director of an organization, project supervisor, program manager, chief administrative officer and executive director. Furthermore, he was a member of board of director of credit operator for two years.Mr. Mom Chansothea holds a Master degree of Agricultural Science, a Bachelor degree of Education in English at Human Resources University (HRU) and has certified as a senior technical teacher (Bachelor +1) from National Technical Training Institution (NTTI).

This position is in charge of leading and planning the strategy of the organization to fulfill our mission, vision and goals. His rules identified business models and projects which will empower Cambodian families and children to create a self-sustaining quality of life. We, Sustainable Cambodia focus on Community Development and Education Programs. Mainly, education helps rural children including students with food supplement, vocational skills, primary healthcare, supplemental classes (Math, Physic, Chemistry and English) and providing University Scholarship. Furthermore, we support the family’s children with food security and water, sanitation and hygiene.
