• Led a team of 3 staff to spearhead the engagement of Social Enterprise (SE) members under raiSE, and the development of partnerships in the ecosystem to bring more benefits and value to the sector
• Developed, curated and implemented programmes and initiatives to meaningfully engage the members and stakeholders e.g. Open Talk 2019 with Minister Desmond Lee, FestivalForGood 2018 & 2020, monthly breakfast meetings.

• Data lead and owner for SE members’ data in raiSE. Analysing the data from membership and other studies (e.g. Landscape Survey, Public Perception Survey) to uncover trends and inform policy decisions.

• Co-lead in the “Better Life by Design: The Path To…designing for persons with disabilities” design project which contributed to the Enabling Masterplan 3. Publication was launched in Mar 2017 and won the iF Design.
• Conducted gap sourcing and matched innovative solutions from corporates and IHLs to meet the needs of social service organisations. Conducted 5 tech innovation pilots and worked on multiple Requests for Innovation.
• Project lead for 8 process improvement Bite-size Projects to bring about at least 10% productivity gains for social service organisations.
• Working committee for the Social Service Sector Strategic Thrusts initiative by President (NCSS). Publications was launched in July 2017 as a roadmap for the sector.

• Service more than 50 accounts that resulted in about $9 million in grant disbursements and $16million in donations for FY2013
• Initiated and crafted new outreach activities for stakeholders e.g. learning journeys, workshops
• Planned and executed the first “The Funding Network” event in Singapore and raised more than $30,000 in 3 hours
• Kick-started and led the branding exercise for the company with deliverables e.g. logo, collaterals and website
• Created and launch “Donor Central” which is a password protected platform where donors can view preapproved grant programmes, download and submit important forms and total donations and beneficiaries
