Chantal has had a busy career enabling the delivery of corporate strategy through people. This has included leading, repositioning and building HR teams (including Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and People Operations), creating and implementing a brand-aligned People Experience, commercially focused People Strategy Development, Organisational Design and Effectiveness, Change Management, Process and Productivity Improvement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and leading and partnering on Social Justice and Social Impact programmes.She strongly believes in embedding authenticity, integrity, empathy, consciousness and inclusivity in the workplace, to create human-centered environments where people can thrive, learn from each other, and ultimately perform at their best.Chantal has experience in the NGO sector working as a strategic consultant for various local and global NGOs, while continuing to consult to Woolworths on their Social Justice Initiative Programme.As an HR industry expert, Chantal has spoken at a wide range of events, locally and internationally.
