Chantal has established managerial experience working in multinational companies for conducing commercial and policy/legal research, delivering advisory, preparing documents and submissions to regulators and authorities, managing risks, compliance, clients and their cases end to end (+2,000 international moves), liaising with external stakeholders and providing support to Partners, Associate Directors and lawyers. She specialised in commercial and people advisory service for regional mobility and inbound immigration to Hong Kong for multinational business organisations. She has managed conflict resolution in relation to immigration and employment law. Clientele come from leading organisations in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, consumer goods and retails, technology, financial investment, and insurance (including FTSE100 companies and international banks). She is passionate about building a better community through her professional work andvolunteering experience mainly on society inclusion and diversity, providing aid to the marginalised groups and heritage conservation.
