Most of us are overworked, and overtired. Our mind and bodies are exhausted. Over 15 years I've spent supporting children diagnosed with autism in classrooms, clinics, and their communities. I know what it is like to give everything to a career, to people you support, and avoiding your own mental/physical well being. I've seen staff turnover and burnout. My passion is bringing yoga and meditation to people in their homes, their work, and into their community. Everyone deserves to feel at peace, and at ease in their minds and bodies, so they can continue to be their true self and give to the world around them.
