Responsible for the development, planning and execution of country and customer-specific marketing plans, aligned with the overarching marketing/sales strategy for the Benelux market. Major focus on collaborating closely with key accounts and field account reps. As well as conducting market analyses, ensuring efficient implementation of initiatives, managing the local marketing budget and creation of supporting reports, presentations and sales documents.

Responsible for the implementation of the global strategy and development of the local marketing plan in the Belux market as managing brand activations/events, collabs with WHSL & media partners, budget, marketing tools as POS requests, CRM & paid social campaigns and coordination of the local influencer & PR campaigns.

Responsible for the development and execution of the European marketing and communication strategy with focus on PR, (Social) Media, Influencer campaigns, trade marketing and organizing B2B events.

Primary contact for WSHL Partners and our Sales Agents in Benelux, UK and Italy and backup for Germany. Tasks include handling order management like order status, availability and on time deliveries, allocations, complaints and warranties. These tasks are processed within SAP. Next to KEEN also rolled out CS structure for the brand Chrome Industries which was in business in EU since 2015.

Responsible for the seasonal Media plan across all relevant media and of the seasonal product & brand PR plan in cooperation with PR agencies. Copy write of PR texts, promotional texts/press releases and creating online influencers campaigns. Besides this I organized B2B events as the European Salesmeeting in Krakow.

As Marketing Coordinator for the Dutch Market I was responsible for the local marketing activities as captain of the promotion team and coordination of brand activations on national sponsored events as MXGP, Music Festivals, Urban & Action Sport Events.

As general marketing intern I assisted all brands - Etnies, Altamont, ThirtyTwo, Emerica, on daily tasks. For my bachelor thesis I created a local marketing strategy for the Etnies Flagship store in Amsterdam. As other main assignment I coordinated all activities as main sponsor of one of the biggest rock festivals in Benelux.

Respect the Mountains started as non-profit initiative from Barts. Nowadays, from 2015, the UIAA incorporated this project into its sphere of activities. During my internship at Respect the Mountains I assisted with marketing/PR activities and coordinating the Envirotrek cleanup event series in order to create awareness and keeping our mountains clean in Germany, Austria & France.
