As co-founder | COO of Levvel, I’m responsible for all operational staff and processes across People & Culture (HR), Administration, Marketing & Communications, Technology and Finance along with the operations of our Business Transformation Services.I’m Board Chair for Distress Centre Calgary (DCC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing 24-hour crisis support and life counselling at no cost to Albertans, and a board member for the Alberta Chapter of the BlackNorth Initiative, an organization working hard to remove systemic barriers negatively affecting the lives of Black Canadians.I’m passionate about equality, equity, inclusion and diversity, but know there is much to learn, both personally and professionally, on how to do better and how to foster change in others. This will be a lifelong journey.
