Project and individual villlage design, negotiation of display village builders and developing the encumbrance and all associated documentation for the launch of the project. I managed the security of all necessary approvals under the Environment Protection Biodiversity and Conservation Act and negotiated outcomes with CFS and infrastructure authorities to achieve a positive development outcome. As anyone who has worked in private development understands, at its heart my role was one of sales and marketing to assist in the projects successful delivery.
