I am passionate about my projects and how they have delivered inspirational places for people to live, learn and work. I thrive working in innovative, dynamic, and challenging environments; surrounded by colleagues, consultants, and contractors who each bring different experiences, technical backgrounds, and perspectives that I can interpret with my knowledge base to deliver a "best for project" outcome, always.I have a broad experience base across property development, strategic & project planning, urban design and client side commercial construction and have built valuable connections with builders, development partners, consultants and contractors active within the South Australian industry. I have delivered these projects as part of large organisations both in government and the private sector, I understand the complexity of large political organisations and how to work within them, to both respect the processes and procedure but also drive innovative outcomes through persistence and passionate advocacy, supported by a close attention to detail, concise presentation of facts to inform evidence based decision making. Ultimately, I am my projects greatest advocate and most passionate supporter. Everyone says they are a team player, but I really mean it, I love working in a multi-disciplinary environment where you can continuously learn new skills, new viewpoints, new jargon to make you a formidable debater when you need to be. While urban planner and project manager by formal education, thanks to the many people I have worked with and learned from in my career I can now do a fair impersonation of a marketer, civil and mechanical services engineer, building inspector, engagement consultant, landscape designer, graphic designer and sales member when called on. Always seeking other people to continue to teach me! Outside of work you will find me travelling, planning my travels or recording my travels through photography and video.
