Expected to make sure the ledger reconciliation are carried out on monthly basis, bank accounts are reconciled, fixed assets of the company are handled and depreciated properly, and that profit and loss account and balance sheet are in line with corporate accounting standard in order to have accurate financial records.• Maintain information about the monthly prepaid expenses and accrual expenses on monthly basis in order to support the projection of future revenues and expenses.• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax return, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and properly implementing related policies and procedures.• Provides accurately all required updated data for reporting purposes as per standards to support sound decision making.

Recon ciliates the suppliers' accounts. Prepares and issues checks to settle the due payments for the suppliers.Registers all purchasing invoices that are not related to the stock.
