I decided to found Allfactory in 2007 after having worked for about 10 years in various research institutes (including IPSOS). I saw there was room for a type of research putting forward insight and findings beyond mere description in order to provide customers with more meaningful information.Today, Allfactory mainly deals with 4 types of missions:- Media: brand perception (TV channels, radio time-slots, programming evaluation, etc.).- Web and mobile technologies: website evaluation, concept finding, exploratory research, usageand attitude, etc.- Communications:(internal and external): perception research, pre/post communication tests,media evaluation, oral presentation coaching, management perception analysis, etc.- Satisfaction: satisfaction surveys geared towards individual customers, businesses andinstitutions.
