Senior Project Manager managing Athlete365 Career+ and IOC Sport & Active Society Commission and support of IOC Athletes' Commission projects. Athlete365 Career+ is a programme that empowers athletes to maximise their education and employment opportunities, and helps them stride confidently into a dual or post-sports career. It supports athletes at all stages of their career, helping them discover their potential and plan for their life beyond the world of competitive sport through a blend of advice, training and peer-to-peer learning. Athlete365 Career+ (formerly the Athlete Career Programme) is an IOC Athletes' Commission initiative and is delivered with The Adecco Group.Athlete365 Career+: Preparation for lifelong excellence.The Sport and Active Society Commission (formerly the Sport for All Commission) advises the IOC Session, the IOC Executive Board and the IOC President on all the activities of the Olympic Movement that are related to using sport to improve physical activity in the population, giving access to sport as a right for all, and on engaging in sports activities with a special focus on youth.

The United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP), based in Geneva and supported by a Liaison Office in New York, provides the entry point to the United Nations system with regard to Sport for Development and Peace, bringing the worlds of sport and development closer together. PSI is a global health organization dedicated to improving the health of people in the developing world by focusing on serious challenges like a lack of family planning, HIV and AIDS, barriers to maternal health, and the greatest threats to children under five, including malaria, diarrhea, pneumonia and malnutrition.Primary functions included: • Provided day to day operational administrative support to team of twelve staff at headquarters and over fifty senior staff across fifteen country platforms.• Coordinated bi-annual retreat for over 70 attendants in Cape Town, South Africa including operational logistics, travel arrangements, and lodging.• Assisted in development and revisions of annual operating budgets for country platforms.
