Responsible for all aspects of corporate management including determining corporate mission and establishing policies and procedures. Determine customer marketing, production and purchasing strategies; liaising with international customers and suppliers. Manage a diverse staff of employees in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing Departments.

Manage operating funds of $2.2 million, including budget formulation and implementation, cash flow analysis and management, and production policy determinations. Supervise all corporate accounting functions including periodic reporting, internal audits and controls, and tax compliance. Prepare job cost analyses and develop applicable program strategies. Manage capital assets.
