About Chantal Wee

I have had an interesting career journey. Started from a chemist, went into a managing a team, management auditor, management consultant, and a business unit head and now turned into a people solution specialist and behavioural consultant. In what every roles that I was in, i noticed that the most important criteria for results is having the people believing in what they do. I have always been very passionate about the people and bringing the best in people in order to have the best business results and working environment. I believe that process cant work if you don't get the people's buy in and engagement. I believe in balancing the people, process, system to create a culture where work gets done smoother and more productive in the business. Being a leader is to enable others to embrace a vision, initiative or work in a way that they feel a sense of purpose, ownership, personal engagement, and common cause. I believe that leaders need to be and act humanly and treat others humanly too. Sometimes that is what is missing in the world but that just what we need to do.
