Chantay D'Ambrosio, is a multi-faceted executive, with hands-on real estate experience in acquisitions, brokerage, lease negotiation, market analysis, trend analysis, leasing and budget projections, new business development, asset analysis, tenant representation, assignments, strategic marketing and client development.Her experience, hard work and motivation has allowed her to diligently excel at cultivating retail, landlord, and broker relationships. Her background in brokerage gives her a unique perspective that affords her the ability to resolutely source new business in challenging markets . Additionally, she has worked with some of the world’s most respected and recognizable brands such as Victoria's Secret, Pandora, Swarovski, Chipotle and Starbucks. Previously as a Senior Leasing Director for Vornado Realty Trust (April 2009 to January 2015), she was named to lease over four million square feet of retail space within enclosed malls throughout New York State for the mall division. She was promoted three times within a span of four years solely because of her drive, dedication and passion for new business development.Prior to joining the mall division of Vornado Realty Trust, she spearheaded the new business initiative as an Associate Director for asset services in the Manhattan area for CBRE (January 2004 to October 2008). Additionally she worked with a brokerage team responsible for over three million square feet of leases, including working closely with the leasing team for the repositioning of The Empire State Building.
