Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.·         Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.·         Assist with the supervision of sanitation operations as necessary to promote and maintain a clean and food safe environment.·         Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.·         Evaluate subordinate performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for work performance improvement.·         Participate in the support of plant and company safety programs, promoting and maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, confined space entry, etc.

To communicate well with others.Actively work in a team environment, support and help team members, give and receive feedback.Must understand and follow all SOP’s and GMP’s for producing quality product; report deviations and take appropriate corrective measures.Must be able to assemble and operate high speed packaging equipment, Wrappers, cartons, caser, etc.Must have knowledge of the essential functions of the equipment and troubleshooting.Verify product being produced matches production codes and material being used.Responsible for good manufacturing practice which include use of high pressure hot water/ chemical cleaning equipment and general housekeeping duties such as mopping, sweeping, etc.Must be able to work overtime as required.Responsible for recording of specific information in downtime tracking system .Responsible for adhering to Quality Assurance standards and downtime tracking system - computerized weight control.Responsible for understanding department production metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Perform Receiving Inspection and Dock Auditing as needed.Perform in-process inspection of product to determine compliance to customer requirements.Maintain variable charts per blueprint and/or customer requirements.Monitor data received by sub-contractors for compliance to specifications as needed.Assist in sort operations as needed.Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. quality manual, associates handbooks, level II procedures, etc.).Maintain work area per housekeeping standards.Performs all other duties as requested by the Quality

Supervision of all manufacturing personnel; and all non-manufacturing personnel when their direct report is out of the building.Facilitator of all daily shift operations.Responsible for all personnel safety, conduct and discipline.Responsible to ensure all internal and OSHA required safety procedures are followed.Responsible to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. (i.e., TS–16949, Quality Manual, etc.).Supervision of all manufacturing personnel; and all non-manufacturing personnel when their direct report is out of the building.Facilitator of all daily shift operations.Responsible for all personnel safety, conduct and discipline.Responsible to ensure all internal and OSHA required safety procedures are followed.Responsible to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
