I have many experiences throughout my career. I have managed a restaurant so l definitely learned how to resolve customer complaints and make them happy before they left. I have went to school to learn phlebotomy and medical assisting. Which lead me to OBI for 8 years and moved up to a supervisor there. I took a career change and pay cut for a set schedule to have time for my kids well worth it. The next path would be working in a warehouse packing orders to start. Always motivated to push to the top and learn all I could. I moved up to a supervisor. I was responsible for complying with all of the customers. routing guides. I made sure that we were packing routing and shipping to standards. That we were hitting the customers deadlines and exceeding expectations. I learned the logistics part of routing and also learned how to do the layouts in loftware for the labels for each customer. Great experience for 7 years. Currently have been working for Amazon for 3 years. I have became a PA after 6 months of hire. I am always pushing myself to learn more and be the best I can be. I have just completed the Salesforce Administration course and I enjoyed learning it and ready to take my certification so I can start my next path in this great life. Also am trying to decide what to learn next to add to my knowledge maybe data analyst?
