Roundabout fosters the next generation of dynamic theatre professionals through Career and Workforce development programs.

• Training the ushers. Ushers are provided by the producer. Two ushers are needed for up to 50 audience seats, and an additional usher for every 50 seats thereafter.• Ensuring compliance with fire codes.• Seating the house and managing the entry of people who are on the waiting list.• Directing the cast, crew, and audience members in the event of an emergency.•Enforcing campus policies, including current COVID policies.

- Office suite software, such as Microsoft Office-Selling tickets to the general public from the Box Office or other locations in the building-Reconcile the box office at the end of shift- Follow all policies and procedures for box office operations- Work in conjunction with the House Manager &Ushers to ensure a smooth open of the House

- Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the venue.- Assisting guests with finding their seats and ensuring proper seating arrangements.- Distributing programs, pamphlets, or any relevant materials to attendees.- Directing guests to restrooms, exits, and other facilities within the venue.- Managing crowd flow and ensuring an organized and smooth entry and exit process.- Addressing any immediate concerns or questions that guests may have.- Coordinating with event staff and security personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.- Helping guests with disabilities or special needs to ensure their comfort and accessibility.- Bar code reader equipment- Scanning software, such as Ticket Alternative Express Entry

Concrete Safari's Outdoor Leadership Academy  was a internship program that I worked for about 6 weeks completing experiential education in gardening. Where I was exposed to environmental health employment opportunities and developed leadership skills.
