As a trainer I facilitate learning through a variety of instructional, interactive and impactful techniques tailored to client groups.

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Addressing Human Rights for more Equitable Development (AHRMED) project within the country of Belize. This included the developing and facilitating of Human Rights advocacy workshops and technical skills training to vulnerable groups in the community including but not limited to the ingenious, immigrants, custodial care persons and incarcerated women.

YWCA NarCED is the National Resource Center for Educational Development and is an arm of the YWCA Belize that provide a tailored skills training to adults and children in order to bridge economic gaps.

The Farmhouse Deli centered on organic, fresh and artisan components namely handmade cheeses, pickled produce, artisan breads and pastries. As a pastry chef I curated daily desserts and bread menus while training bakers to execute unique and creative food items.
