Attended a training session where I learned many essential skills regarding sales, customer service, product knowledge, confidence, communication, and goal setting. I made several appointments with individuals to discuss the product we were selling and made several official sales before resigning. My reason for resigning is in regards of the ethicality of the operation. I loved what I was able to learn and the experience I gained in sales, but did not support the actions of the company.

First official exposure to customer service taught me how to efficiently communicate with a variety of customers, especially during a busy event. I was also fully cash trained as well as trusted with running the store independently.
