Part of the core team to set up automation frameworks for our trade app and web app using Appium and WebdriverIO. Ensure team members are able to maintain and grow the automation suite.

My first role at Checkatrade was in Membership Advice. This is where I helped onboard our members and gave advice on how to get the best out of their membership. I gained great domain knowledge and a good understanding of how the systems worked.

I worked as a Customer Service Advisor for a company called Capita on behalf of West Sussex County Council. My role is to work as part of a team, to interact with customers providing answers to enquiries involving a variety of service areas.These include Social Care, Civil Registrations, Highways, Libraries, Learning and Schools, Blue Badge, Trading.
