Environmental Assessment Practitioner and Green Star South Africa Accredited Professional (AP)With ten years' experience within the environmental sector which includes working in the environmental management sphere as well as in the horticultural and landscaping industry my core expertise relates to environmental assessment processes, environmental management programmes and environmental control work.With a keen interest in the interrelationship between man and the environment, I am also very passionate about green building and related fields such as sustainability, renewable energies and urban greening.When not working, I enjoy spending lots of time outdoors and enjoying the company of friends and family. At SEC I am responsible for the management, coordination and business development of the activities in the EIA department relating to environmental authorisations and licencing as well as the conducting of environmental monitoring of construction sites and related activities. I am also one of the Green Star Accredited Professionals at SEC and involved in all the interesting Green Star projects and ventures currently being undertaken by the company.
