Evaluates risk management activities including monitoring of appropriate corrective actions/ improvements to render quality health care in all related phases; monitors statistical data from Quality Management reports and evaluations.Participates in system Quality Improvement committees, task forces and organizational performance improvement teams; participates in program planning and development.Collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team regarding development and implementation of QM/PI program; serves as a consultant to the multidisciplinary department/service Quality Improvement Committees.Identify quality improvement opportunities through data analysis by working collaboratively with System Quality Management vendors, Hospital Quality Management staff, Health Information Management, Finance, Patient Experience and Information Technology departmentsProvides department chairman and quality management/performance improvement committees with data analysis of trends, including high-risk patients/ procedures; coordinates root cause analysis and reports results to appropriate departments and regulatory agencies.

Vital team member tasked with managing and coordinating daily operations of an Occupational Health and Safety Clinic servicing an average of 500 clients (internal and external to organization) a week. Development, delivery, and execution of critical Occupational Health Clinic programs including but not limited to Respiratory Protection Fit Testing, Resident Onboarding, Ebola Awareness and Health Compliance, and Influenza Awareness.
