my responsibilities include:• Direct responsibility for Operations/Human Resources.• Customer service and customer appreciation. • Interview, hire, terminate, orient, delegate training, supervise, and monitor Medical Screener, Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians and Nurses. • Responsible for writing and presenting 90 day/Annual performance evaluations with employees.• Monitor and order supplies for the center. • Create schedules for 60+ employees.• Direct and mentor employees to ensure product quality, employee/donor safety and company processing/budgeting goals are met. • Directly assist with the Quality Assurance team.• Ensure that all areas of operations are running efficiently. • Familiarity with CGMPs
