• Diary Management – Including checking that MD has any papers needed for these meetings• Answering telephone calls on behalf of the MD• Booking Travel for Team • Updating and maintaining the Awol Leave tracking system• Reporting • Sending of Task Deadlines• Day to day tasks set by MD’s and any team members Including any presentations etc.• Arranging any office moves• Ensuring New joiners are set up for start with their IT applications• Taking and issuing of minutes• Assist with the booking of training for the team ensuring all invoices are meet etc • Ensuring Stationary needs are meet• Keep telephone lists up to date for the team with new joiners etc• General Office Admin• Team Events organising• Heavy use of Excel including Macros• Ensuring compliant needs are meet for the team • Project Management • Assisting the three directors that work below the MD and ensuring they are meeting his requirements (managing them).Assisting and managing Projects Training Co-ordinator
