Csr Customer Accounts
CurrentResponsibilities:• Help customers navigate company website and customer account portal• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone regarding payment arrangements, billing inquiries, usage inquiries and financial assistance programs• Open and finalize customer utility accounts including processing of applications, obtaining security deposits, processing final bills and customer deposit refunds. • Collaborate with Corporate Communications Dept to ensure an efficient and intuitive web experience for local customers • Process customer utility and service connection payments • Process and distribute incoming mail including A/P and A/R invoices MEARIE Courses• Northstar Billing• Managing Customer Relationships• Introduction to Electrical Infrastructure2019 United Way Campaign Rep for EPCOR Collingwood
