I am in charge of taking over Customer Service calls from reps in hopes of trying t o retain the customer

My responsibilities are still as follows I assist the retail stores with their availability and other information , I also make sales when needed and also person many Customer Service details such as , cancellations, returns, Credits Payment issues and etc

Within this position I was responsible for a Team of 8 people, every week I would look at stats and information to be able to coach my team to success in the short amount of time I was able to get my team performing 15 Percent above the Enterprise level, which was not expected, I also had meetings each week with my team in which I had to prepare for them. Within this position, I was able to really showcase my organization skills and I received immediate kudos from the company.
