I have never been one to make others feel unwelcome. A smile goes along way and can completely change somebody’s day. My family have owned a restaurant for 15 years and during 5 of those years I had the pleasure of learning the ins and outs of the business. It helped me develop a great eye for detail and build my confidence. I have always thrived by working within a team but have also enjoyed the times where I have taken on tasks on my own. Being able to have the opportunity to reach higher levels at a younger age then most gave me the opportunity to develop a great work ethic that has served me well in my previous employments.
