For the past 9 years, I’ve strengthened my experience in grocery retail by ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and accurate cash handling. I also recruit and train new hires, using my onboarding and internal communications skills to create a positive and productive work environment. I graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown in Aug 2021, where I gained a broad and diverse knowledge base that helps me adapt and learn in different situations. My goal is to pursue a career in management and human resources, where I can leverage my leadership, service orientation, and communication skills to support organizational growth and development.
