Most of my work life has been based in the hospitality industry, because who doesn't love giving good customer service and serving delicious food? After a year within my first job role, I got promoted to a Team Leader, which is fantastic! In 2018 I decided to go travelling, when I came back I thought it would be best to have a taste of a new career to ensure that the industry I was in was the right one for me, since I am still young I thought this would be the best move as I would have nothing to lose. However, as much as I LOVE working within the hospitality sector, I found that my best asset within any job industry was my managerial skills, as not only does that allow me to learn and develop new skills, but I also have so much passion coaching and training those who also have the positive attitude within their job role.
