Hi, I am Chantell Lubbe, a digital hungry individual, wanting to keep expanding my digital wings. With 16 years Advertising Agency and Marketing experience under my belt, where I worked in both big and smaller agencies. I gained experience in the importance of client service relationships and client satisfaction. Growing the agency accounts by upselling agency services. Maintaining honest relationships both internal and outbound – I believe honesty and integrity goes a very long way.I have had my 5am coffee at photoshoots with beautiful sports models, for Sportmansware house, for their monthly catalogues, Facebook marketing and store dress ups. Retail Advertising, had me on the edge of my seat, eager for quick turn around times and nurturing client and internal design teams stress levels and may I say out load, frustrations. I also had my 8h30 filter coffees, at a smaller agency where we call ourself Fishgate Advertising. Where strategy & technology come together, creatively. I love being part of all the elements that make up a successful marketing strategy. From brainstorm, minute taking, costing, presenting to turn client’s arm and winning over their fears that this is going to work! To being able to show them the results (without the ‘I told you so!’). Brainstorm down to reporting on the success of the campaign, off course making the necessary tweaks mid campaign to meet those key performance Incentives. I am talking SWOT analysis, costumer journeys, objections alignment, all to get the client more what they expected. Going the extra mile, because if the roles were reversed and I was the client, that is what would make someone (or a company) stand out from the next, for me. Continuously improving myself (as none of us know it all), with Meta, Google and LinkedIn knowledge. Not missing any free value workshops online (you never know what you might learn next) and the digital arena changes by the day.
