As Vice President of Community Development for UC Berkeley's Panhellenic Council, I oversee the development & implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies across all 13 sorority chapters. My responsibilities include conducting climate surveys and providing live reporting to continuously assess and improve chapter inclusivity. I closely collaborate with racial and identity-based student organizations to promote initiatives amplifying underrepresented voices within our community. By working closely alongside chapter leadership, I strive to foster a more equitable and inclusive Greek experience. Through the implementation of data-driven strategies, I am dedicated to addressing systemic challenges and driving the Greek system toward greater inclusivity and social responsibility.

As a writer for The Free Peach, I leverage humor to spark meaningful societal discourse primarily pertaining to UC Berkeley culture & student life. Blending irony & comedy, I intend to uplift those historically excluded through the critique of Berkeley societal norms & institutions, simultaneously allowing me to refine & showcase my writing abilities.

As a notetaker for the Disabled Students'Program, I attend courses and complete notes to provide for students with disabilities and other accommodations. As a student notetaker I am expected to complete thorough and detailed notes within a timely manner.

As an operations fellow for MRRC, I help to input purchase requests and track spending for events in other departments. Additionally, MRRC urges fellows to take an interdisciplinary approach to their time as fellows, prompting me to regularly engage with other departments. From attending workshops to guiding campus tours, MRRC has provided a plethora opportunities for me to directly work on recruiting low-income, first-generation students of color into higher education.

Greeted guests upon entry into the storefront, assisted customers with their purchases including pick-up orders, and worked on re-stocking and fixing floor inventory. Tasks included elements from varying subject areas such as customer service and POS system knowledge, as well as helping to build a relationship with customers.

Within my position of being a team member at Vitality Bowls, I learn crucial cash handling skills as well as customer service skills. Guiding consumers through their experience. to working behind the scenes in cleaning and preparation to guiding and helping out coworkers, Vitality Bowls teaches crucial life and employment skills.

Throughout my Bank of America Student Leader internship I have working alongside leaders at a local non-profit called Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. Working with communication and marketing and working alongside pioneers in non-profit work, this internship helps develop leadership and non-profit management skills.

Throughout my time at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, I helped utilize their social media accounts & crafted a campaign encouraging vaccinations in low-income communities in the midst of the pandemic. From sitting in on company-wide meetings to collaborating with higher-ups to help appeal to younger generations, I gained valuable insight into how non-profit organizations work.
