• Assist with all pre-arrival measures i.e. creating and updating bookings, gathering vouchers and pre-payment, updating the Opera Oracle System• Sell accommodation packages that best suit the client• Liaise with Group coordinators and Travel Agents

• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs • Process all guest check-ins, assign rooms, issue and activate room keys• Process all check-outs and resolve any late and disputed charges• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns on the Oracle Micros Opera Platform• Answer telephonic calls using appropriate etiquette• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest• Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy• Cash guests' personal foreign currency and traveler's checks• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards• Solve any Guest complaints to my furthest capability• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
