Lead and coordinate work flow for Immigration Law Data specialists. Draft, review and co-ordinate H-1B Cap Cases, Global Immigration, Canadian Immigration (Temporary, PR, Small Corporate), and Private Client cases. Mentor, coach and provide performance reviews to Data Specialists to assist in personal and professional development.

Review immigration processes and prepare quality reports, draft documents and emails to support applications for government programs and benefits. Responsible for immigration compliance, audit and implementation of best practices of country specific immigration processes. Strengthen the application process from creation of standardized templates of country specific immigration processes. Assist in monitoring workflow and workload to assist fair allocation and encourage productivity and performance improvement.

Promote the excellence of the London SDC by building strong positive working relationships with Local Offices in order to achieve shared business goals. Prepared assessment packages and electronic filing of personal and corporate taxes to government agencies using TaxPrep. Drafting personal and corporate tax returns. Implement LEAN to develop effective ways to increase productivity and efficiency while ensuring high quality product/service delivery to the local offices in a timely manner. Promoted and foster team spirit among all team members within the SDC.

Led a team of 23 staff members with a diverse mandate that included financial profiling, retaining and introducing banking services to clients. Coached and mentored staff to meet goals and identify any skill gaps. Successfully recruited, attracted and developed a team of high potential staff members, which helped to increase brand profile for the department. Chair of the compliance pillar and successfully facilitated huddles on new compliance changes and updates.
