- Craft strategies and tactics to onboard merchants to use Keeppack’s fulfillment service - Design and execute commercial and promotional offering to attract merchants to use the fulfillment service - Work with a team to develop and execute various awareness and sales activities - Own the entire journey of merchants experience as users of Keeppack’s fulfillment service- Develop, monitor and maintain service adoption and customer satisfaction metrics

- Customer care for handling user's obstacles for completion training user Kartu Pra Kerja (via Calls/Mails/Chats)- Do a daily report to send participant certificates to the digital platform ( Pijar Mahir, Karier.mu, Pintaria & Tokopedia)- Weekly follow ups to user Kartu Pra Kerja who haven't completed the training.- Collecting user data Kartu Pra Kerja.- Hiring mentor for training Instructor/ Assessor needs.- Doing outreach to Mentor/Assessor in module creation via calls/mails/meetings timely follow ups- Doing follow up to partnership on the progress of making the BNSP certificate.- Administrative work (contract drafting, coordinate, MoU), etc.- Involved in the Accreditation assessment process conducted by the Ministry of Manpower and LA-LPK

My internship was completed at the Corporate Communication Department. I was given the opportunities to make press release, media monitoring in social media’s company, build relations with external (media), and responsible of publication and documentation in company’s event.
