I am in charge of setting the company’s marketing strategies, carrying out the marketing and promotional activities as well as managing staffs.- Develop new marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services and image.- Supervise the projects and daily activities of the marketing staff, such as marketing coordinators, and oversee the hiring, training and performance evaluation of the team.- Manage the advertising and promotional efforts of the company, work with an internal team an external advertising agency, include print and online advertising and event planning.- Deal with senior executives within the company, customers and suppliers.- Keep track of market trends in order to identify future business opportunities.

- Ensure that KhmerOS project, its applications or Khmer Unicode are visible in the largest possible amount of public forums and around Cambodia region, reaching as many Cambodians as possible and participate in such forums or coordinate the work of other KhmerOS staff members in them. - Ensure that KhmerOS activities are reflected in the National & International media. - Developed Marketing Strategy and channels for sell KhmerOS products. - Conduct market research and map out potential clients/users such computer vendors for pre-Unicode install campaign, Internet café install Unicode campaign, Unicode training campaign for high school teachers, governmental officers and NGOs staffs. - Outdoor meeting with NGOs/Companies managers and government officers to promote the use of Khmer Unicode and Software. - Follow-up sale of KhmerOS materials (Book, CD, DVD) - Coordinate in design of all promotional materials required to promote the tools and services offered by KhmerOS. - Coordinate training on the use of Khmer language Open Source programs.
