Assistant Vice President, People & Culture (Talent)
Current* Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. * Partner with the business and People & Culture team to understand and prioritize future workplace, workforce, and talent opportunities. * Lead initiatives that identify and enable the workplace and workforce of the future, including introducing leading workforce planning and talent assessment practices and embedding them into the organization. * Lead the talent development and learning & development functions, ensuring that leading practices are in place to support an organization with a growth mindset. * Provide consulting support and implement solutions to enable the development of current and future skill set needs and ensure a pipeline of top talent for critical roles. * Build leadership and organizational culture, including the evolving post-pandemic workplace practices and onboarding of talent in a people- and mission-centric organization. * Leverage the employee engagement platform to understand employee sentiment and work with the business lines to create a workplace where talented employees can thrive. * Understand evolving leading market practices and Federal Reserve System practices and ensure that best thinking and practices continue to be brought to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. * Partner with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to ensure that all practices in the organization development area support the advancement of DEI. * Work to build a high-performance culture and inspire a People & Culture team of diverse and highly engaged superb talent through leading people practices. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders at all levels in the communities we serve, in the Bank, and across the Federal Reserve System.
