1. Founder of Cambodian Youth Network (CYN) Organization work as General Secretary General of CYN, he was responsible for developing, monitoring, and reviewing various policies, including financial policy, human resource management policy, procurement policy, administrative policy, and internal management guidelines, to ensure alignment with donor requirements and Cambodian law. Additionally, I have a proven track record of managing multiple projects funded by various donors, including the East West Management Institute (EWMI), American Jewish World Service (AJWS), Dan Church Aid (DCA), and Bread for the World (BftW), and UN Women. 2. Project Manager at World Vision International since 2015 and progressed to the role of Program Director to support the Child Rights Coalition Cambodia in achieving organizational outcomes by mid-2019. 3. He has been certified Member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2019 to change his career pathway as lawyer. Being touch of social issues, Attorney Phan Chanvandy has initiated Legal Studies Foundation to support social mission. He leads 11 young and senior lawyers who are interested in supporting social work to base on their mission. He leads this non-registered group to carry out project and training program.4. Moreover, he is also Board member of several associations in Cambodia including Cambodia Robotics Industries Development Association (CRIDA), Japan-Cambodia Startup Association and Head of Legal and Discipline of Cambodia Investor Contractor and Architecture (CICAA).
