Teach Pilates for corporations.

Analyze postures of clients and design programming to suit their individualized needs and goals. Teach basic principles that fundamental to successfully achieve the essence of each exercise and activate muscles that are often underutilized. Identify which muscle groups need stability and mobility. Lead private lessons, duets, and assist with/ sub. classes. Inspire, encourage, and correct students.

Teach circus skills to children and youth from groups and communities with less economic access to the arts, recreation, and power in the Greater Boston area. Through circus arts, kids and youth develop important social skills like: trust in themselves/ in others, creativity, resilience, and joy.

Wrote policies and encouraged the equitable structures/ protocols for the education, public, and volunteer programs at BCNC's Pao Arts Center. Supported events, artists, and community members that aligned with BCNC and the Pao Arts Center's mission. Provided insight on shaping the logic models and goals for the new center. Created and implemented lesson plans for activities that promote fitness and nutrition among the children, youth, and families at the Mystic Learning Center. The Mystic Learning Center is based with the public housing developments of Somerville where most the participants and staff reside. Coordinated physical and nutrition workshops through grant funding. Supervised and supported staff members. My specialities are in developing curriculum with an emphasis on cultural pride and challenging skills with safe, proper progression. I love seeing kids and youth develop confidence, determination, and resilience when working over a collective span of time rather than an instant of time. Longevity is an important consideration for me when I plan. My other goal for the children/ youth is for individuals to make efforts towards self- love and concern for their peers.

Sold single tickets and subscription packages to the Boston Ballet's productions.
