CurrentServe as Deputy Manager of the Telecom Team, overseeing daily operations and providing technical leadership to ensure seamless delivery of telecommunication services.Key Responsibilities:- Daily Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate team activities, resource allocation, and workload distribution.- Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex telecommunication issues.- Incident and Task Management: Ensure timely response to incidents and tasks within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, monitoring progress and escalating critical issues as needed.- Team Support and Development: Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and identify training opportunities to enhance technical skills and expertise.- SLA Compliance: Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
