I am a Biokineticist who specialises in Sport specific conditioning and strengthening, Exercise Prescription and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. I am passionate about Sport, health and wellbeing and as a Senior Biokineticist, my aim is to educate my patients/clients on the benefits of exercise and to help them reach their health and fitness goals. I'm also a part time Lecturer and as a lecturer my aim is to assist my students in achieving their goals as well as providing structured learning and development of the next generation entering their field.
