Responsible for the EPC contractors management, customer relationship, industrial regulatory compliance, and operation set-up. Delivered the project on time and logged 1.2 million construction man-hours without any Lost Time Accident (LTA).

Conducted a holistic market assessment of the coal gasification and syngas purification technologies; Developed a new product offering and created a pipeline of prospects by collaborating with industrial parks and strategic accounts; Signed the first syngas supply contract.

Process optimization in Air Separation Unit for coal chemical plants, Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption unit for CO2 removal from blast furnace, U.S Department of Energy (DOE) awarded Oxy-combustion and CO2 Capture Unit for coal power plants.
