Assisted the project manager in managing a residential construction project, tracking the achievement of project objectives and outcomes in real time throughout the lifecycle. If there are any problems affecting the successful delivery of the project, I recorded and classified them into the project issue file. For instance, personnel absence, supply chain timeliness, on-site personnel injuries and machine failures would be included. Also, I worked with project managers to evaluate the completion and quality of each sub-stage of construction such as scaffolding erection, concrete pouring and foundation reinforcement.● Managed all risk issues during the construction phase of the project, including risk archiving and analysis, construction worker safety, scheduling tasks and dealing with conflicts. I used any necessary techniques such as risk matrix, ALOHA and PyroSim to analyze general risks and on-site fire risk. For instance, to provide a safer solution for on-site fire accident, I conducted a computer simulation of a possible fire accident on the construction site by using PyroSim to predict most possible fire development. Based on the results, I provided the project manager a safer and more reliable evacuation plan in a case of on-site fire accident.● Produced reports on construction risks in the project, including listing risks, risk ratings, countermeasures, made presentation to clients. I went to construction site and identified the possible on-site hazards that could bring damage to equipment and groundworkers. Then, risk matrix was used to qualify the possibility and consequences of all risks to assess the risk level. Based on this, I drafted a report including the solution for all risks and presented all findings to clients and safety managers to ensure the consistency of information.
