Resposible to take care of hiring the talent for AI Lab and Big Data technology department, which is very key and core team for the whole businesses of Didi.

Cover full-cycle recruiting tasks from IT, Sales&Marketing, Corporation Functions in Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, including1. Recruiting kick off (define recruiting and sourcing strategy)2. Supervise recruiting sourcer to deliver quality candidates3. Interact with hiring department to the final end of indentifying right person4. Offer and onboard process owner5. Working process optimization

Responsible for full-cycle social and campus recruiting: 1. Communicate with HM regarding work force planning, job requirements, JD drafting, etc 2. Define recruiting strategy and open relevant recruiting channels 3. Conduct interview and make overall evaluation of talents 4. Offer proposal and reference check5. Offer negotiation and delivery6. Arrange new comer on-boarding 7. Maintain recruitment tools and HRIS 8. Execute recruiting ramp ups like Product Promoter, Sales100+and newly built Joint Venture (E-car business)
