The device also has capabilities to produce patterns sequentially and control density/morphology of patterned protein/cells by adjusting applied voltage. Demonstrated cell growth on cell patterns in the device. Designed and fabricated the device using semiconductor and MEMS processing in Class 10/100 microelectronics labs. This work contributes to drug discovery, biomolecular assays and diagnostic applications.
