Technical Account Manager
Current- Answer the Request for Proposal from customers, lead the technical feasibility and requirement fulfilling, ensure the risk evaluation and cost accuracy, achieve the best balance between customers value and company benefit.- Manage exhaustive customer interface requirement including hardware, software, quality, project process, ensure their integrity and feasibility to secure the deployment.- Manage customer program whole life cycle deployment with high quality, across biding, initiating, planning, execution, maintenance, drive the delivery commitment and ensure the customer satisfactory.- Keep lesson learning from the daily execution, summarize the experience and consolidate them into every domain including product definition, technical domains, quality and all processes iteration, secure the consistency on delivery and stability on quality.- Digest customer roadmap and related technical requirement, manage our internal roadmap planning including pre-study, development, delivery, target maximum Customer satisfactory and company most optimal cost.
